All purchases made through our store are final. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to accommodate returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds under any circumstances. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Lost or Stolen Packages

Party At The Pen is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. Once your order leaves our facility, USPS assumes full responsibility for its delivery. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, please contact USPS directly to file a claim or open an investigation. We are unable to issue refunds or replacement shipments in these cases.
